Description

The architectural shape of the bowl belonging to the “Ceramic” collection preserves the formal characteristics also for the dish guaranteeing an important containing capacity suitable for 6/8 portions.
The dish is made with a low expansion coefficient greifiable mixture consisting mainly of cordierite and coated with a lead-free blanket. The product interprets with the most advanced and performing technologies the theme of the dish, solving in fact the blackening on the base and the release of unpleasant odors at every cooking. Cooking temperature 1285°C.
